I left my abusive home & moved, i have no money, i need help

I live in a small city in México, i recently moved from my parent's house because they were treating me badly, since years ago. I used to be hit by my dad, the situation was as bad that i got (officially diagnosed) with PTSD. When I have to be close or near my dad i get pretty bad and scared. My mom started to behave in a hurtful way too, although unconsciously. I tried during that period of time to kill myself twice. I cried everyday until fall asleep, until i got to the point were i knew i would be better on my own. I took my savings and left. 

I was dating a man who was 14 years older than me, you can judge me if you want, i understand now the whys of it but at that time, i was 18. We dated per almost 2 years, he wanted to travel to visit his family, and in the meantime, he offered me to stay at his apartment for free, just 1 month. I accepted because i had nowhere else to go. 

I wanted to break with him before he left, and i expressed that to him like 3 months before he left. I honestly could have done this differently, and my intentions and thoughts were "If he's with his family, is going to be better to break, so he can be supported" so, a week after he left, i break. He obviously got mad and sad, and started to called me by different insults, his family too. My reasons to break were because i got consciousness about the age gap, I wouldn't be able to be into a relationship now that i was getting into adult life, and I was changing due to the different environment, and I wanted to start to first knowing myself more. I understood his pain and his family pain too, but this started to scale and getting to the point of harassment. How does this gets into why i need money? I initially have the savings to pay 2 months of rent, but i had to pay a deposit and literally, stayed with only 2000 mexican pesos (aprox) to survive. Im working in McDonald's, but is not enough 1400 every 15 days to pay food, save for rent and be able to pay the extra stuff that arises (like, if I get sick, bus ticket, etc). He came back today from his country, and took back all his things from the apartment i moved a night before, that doesnt bothered me at all, i just want to continue my life. He got keys to my apartment, and while i wasnt near, got into it. 

His family is been sending me messages saying im awful, im shit, and he's been in every time he can, telling me im a profiteer even if I never wanted to fight, and even when he's been insulting me, not returning the words. There's more in this story, and im sure that in his mouth, im the villain, but I just want the money to pay my next months of rent and keep working. 

Im in a point were i eat the leftovers of my coworkers, and if i cant go to work because im having a job interview to get a second job, i eat nothing but once a day, just apples or any random food someone can gift to me, I started to sell my clothes, my books, and feeling depressed. But i want to keep living and going on, im scared about everything, about what will happen and i have no relation with any family member, im a single kid. Friends have been supportive giving me sometimes food, but without enough money, i can't keep putting a roof on me, or eating properly. Im just 20, i just want some support to start, and I hope if you read this, know im talking from heart. Im still studying, so that's another expense.
